Account deactivation and deletion
You can deactivate your TRADEFOOX account at any time. This page explains what happens to your data and how to start deactivation in the mobile apps, on the website, or by email.
What deactivation means
- Deactivation: Your account is temporarily suspended and your profile is no longer visible to other users.
- Automatic deletion after 30 days: If you do not sign in again within 30 days of deactivation, your account is permanently deleted. Your posts, messages, and related information are then removed without recovery.
- Restoration: If you sign in again within those 30 days, your account and associated data are restored and deactivation is cancelled.
In the TRADEFOOX mobile app (Android or iOS)
Open your profile, go to Manage account, choose Delete account, read the information, and confirm deactivation.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app or website, email us from the address linked to your account. We will verify your request and process deactivation or deletion in line with our privacy policy.
