How do I create a user or company profile? Simply complete the registration process with the mandatory information and then confirm your registration using a double opt-in from the e-mail.

How do I create a post? You can share pictures and publish a status via your own profile via the post window or above the news feed.

How do I follow, like and bookmark posts and ads that I like? This works using our subscribe button, an animated heart icon and the bookmark symbol. You can find these symbols in many areas of our platform.

How do I contact companies and other users? It is possible to find new contacts via the contact area and the contact search tab therein, the global menu with filter or the company directory. There is a button in each profile to send messages.

How do I follow a user or company profile? The follow button is located in the profile you access and our overview pages. After subscribing, you will receive future notifications about news from this profile!

How do I create reviews? It is possible to rate a company profile as an employer or to write a product-specific review of an item in the online market. Products can be evaluated in the Marketplace and as an employer via the company profile. It can only be evaluated once in the respective category. A rating contains a free text field and a categorical selection of 5 stars.

How does the messenger work? It can be accessed via the top menu or the left side menu, followed by an overview of contacts and received messages, select the sender or recipient, chat box on the right with a message field and the option to use emoticons and send attachments.

How do I create a career? A completely filled out user profile saves half the work. When you access the JobMarket via the top menu or left side menu - Job Market - a mask appears with the selection options for employees or employers. After the selection for employees, the option “Publish Career“ can be selected in the menu on the left. You can now check, complete and publish the overview that appears.

How do private users create order offers/requests? Open the Advertisements area via the top menu or left side menu, then in the menu on the left, under the search area you will find the options “Create Orders“ and “Manage Orders“, after creating and adding the order details, set the status to public and save. The order or request is now published.

How do I recommend something - job offers, company profiles, user profiles, articles, orders? In the detailed view of a job, post or article there is the option of sharing internally on TRADEFOOX and recommending it to other platforms such as Facebook and Whatsapp. Internal sharing on the platform offers the possibilities in the news feed, in a message and in the chronicle of a contact. To do this, select the share button and your goal.

How do I share TRADEFOOX on other social networks? The sharing section is located in the details of an advertisement or post; the desired recipient, e.g. Facebook, is selected. The sharing process is completed via a pop-up window.
